Mrs. Sarita Adhikari Bhandari is the emerging women tourism entrepreneur of Pokhara. Holding graduate in management, she has a decade long experience of tourism industry. She is currently the Director of Trip Pokhara.
She is upcoming youth in the arena of women entrepreneurship and believes that a digital platform will play vital role to promote Nepal's tourism, nationally and internationally. She has a desire to take tourism into a new height and also enjoys working in a team.By carrying out the recent promotional idea, she has achieved tremendous success in the field of women tourism entrepreneurship.
She says. “Being an entrepreneur means having vision and passion, and to truly understand the customer need in tourism sector.” She adds, “It’s in the most difficult times that we discover our capabilities. When you are passionate, you do not give up. Women are the strength of family, the strength of a nation especially in the field of tourism as well. “Stop focusing on the tougher sides,” she says, “and take opportunities as they come''.As a director of Trip Pokhara, she oversees the development and implementation of the company’s strategic vision.
Mr. Bhandari is the CEO, Chief Executive Officer with the highest ranking executive in Trip Pokhara. He handles and holds the most responsibility for the overall operations and strategy to manage the necessary service in the office.
Mr. Bhandari is a smart and honest person who is a graduate in Bachelor in Business Management. As a travel loving person, he is also interested in trekking and capturing photographs.
Being a tour operation manager, he has traveled several domestic destinations with our other team members. He is always ready to serve his clients and share the happiness with each other which is the most interesting and humble character of Mr. Bhandari.
Mr. Bhandari makes major corporate decisions, sets policies, and is also responsible for executing the company's mission and vision, as well as leading and motivating employees.
Mr. Biswas Adhikari is very hard working and enthusiastic person born in Kaski, western part of Nepal. She complated her bachelor degree in Accountancy from the Tribhuvan University. She is handing the Accounting part of our company and sometime she bears the responsibly of Public Relationship.
He is very smart and looking after the account, operation and communication part of the company. She enjoy to meet new people.
Mr.Anil Ahikari was born in Hemja - 25,Pokhara nepal. he is young energetic with smiling face. He speak english and Hindi laungauge. He is working in tourism since 2014. Recently he is working in Trip Pokhara as a Marketing Manager. He is handing many groups tour in Pokhara and short trek.
Mr. Adhikari, a seasoned professional in the tourism industry. Anil has a deep understanding of the local tourism market and has been instrumental in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for the company. He has a great network of contacts in the industry and is able to effectively promote the company's offerings to both domestic and international markets. He also has experience in organizing and leading travel packages, and is well-versed in the local culture, history, and customs. With his expertise, the company has seen a significant increase in tourism business over the years.
Mrs Sharada Bhandari exclusively handles trekking / tours in the company. She has been serving this company since its inception. She observes and understands the need of each members of the group while on trial and treats them with great care.
Her easy and lively temperament has made him the favorite of most of the groups that he has led. Her extensive experience in trekking field, good command in English and his visits to countries of Europe and Asia including India gives her the extra edge in the trekking and tours field.
Mr Bharat Acharya is the operation head in Trip Pokhara. He handles all the tour and trekking and manages necessary service to the clients. He is a smart and honest person servicing Trip Pokhara since the company start. He is graduated in Bachelor in Business Management.
He is also interested in trekking/ travelling, photography. Being a tour operation manager, he has travelled several domestic and international destination with our other team members.
